your more then a sandwich your family.
Born in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, Regina’s Grocery is a classic Italian-American sandwich shop rooted in family, tradition, and love. Our sandwiches aren’t just recipes—they’re stories. Each one is named after a real family member: some who are no longer with us, some who still pop in for a visit, and all of whom live on through the flavors and faces that decorate our walls.
These sandwiches are built around their personalities—like Uncle John, a larger-than-life guy who had everything in the world, or Grandma Lucy, who carried herself with grace and good taste. Every ingredient, every bite, is a nod to who they were and what they meant to us.
As we grow, we’re not just serving sandwiches—we’re welcoming you into our family.
See you soon.
NEW in the shop
This shirt celebrates the Feast of the Seven Fishes, an Italian American Christmas Eve tradition rooted in faith, family, and the sea.
The tradition began in Southern Italy, where families abstained from meat on Christmas Eve and gathered to prepare multiple fish dishes while waiting for midnight. When Italian immigrants came to New York, they brought the Feast with them, turning it into a shared citywide ritual.
No matter what borough you’re from, this is the one day we all come together. Fish on the counter, family in the kitchen, New York moving as one.
Created with our neighbors at Aqua Best Fish and our family at Regina’s Grocery.
